Employment Law is one of the most rapidly changing areas of the law. In recent years, numerous United States Supreme Court cases have had significant impact on how employment cases are dealt with by the courts. Our Employment practice group keeps abreast of all developments in this dynamic area. We represent clients in all types of Employment Law matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as a myriad of other state and local federal practice laws.

In addition to employment-at-will and related litigation, our group has represented employers in all aspects of litigation relating to the enforcement of restrictive covenants, whether our clients wanted to enforce such covenants or to avoid the enforceability of, for instance, noncompetition agreements.

Our employment lawyers are fully aware that it is their clients' resources and reputation that are on the line, and that litigation is merely a means to an end. We approach employment litigation just as we approach all problems: practically, pragmatically and with an unfailing eye to our clients' best interests.
